What sizes do you offer?
We build everything from compact shelf-size pieces to large statement signs.
Most customers choose between 12–36 inches wide, but we can go bigger depending on the design. If you’ve got a vision, we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Can I customize the sign?
Absolutely.
You choose:
- Text (name, year, phrase)
- Size & layout
- Glow color

Can I preview my design before it’s made?
Yes.
If your order includes custom artwork or logo placement, we can provide a digital mockup before production begins — so you know exactly what you’re getting before it hits the laser.

What file types do you accept for custom logos?

Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) produce the cleanest engraving results.
Do you charge extra for custom designs?
Simple text changes are included.
More complex custom artwork or full design builds may require a small design fee — but we’ll always discuss that with you first.

How bright are the LEDs?
Bright enough to turn heads. Smooth enough for late-night bar vibes.
Every sign includes fully adjustable RGB lighting with dimming, color modes, and effects — from icy blue to warm amber and everything in between.
Do the LEDs get hot?
No.
They run cool, energy-efficient, and silent — even after hours of use.
How long do the LEDs last?
Our LEDs typically last 30,000–50,000 hours.
That’s years of glow without replacement.
How durable is the engraving?
Your artwork is laser-engraved into the acrylic.
It won’t peel. It won’t fade. It won’t rub off.
It’s permanent.
How do I mount the sign?
All signs include built-in hangers on the back for easy wall mounting.
You can:
- Mount directly to a wall
- Display on shelves or bar backdrops

Can the signs be used outdoors?
They are designed primarily for indoor use.
They can be used outdoors in covered areas, but direct exposure to heavy rain or harsh weather is not recommended.
How long does it take to make a custom sign?
Most signs are completed within 3–7 business days depending on complexity and order volume.
Rush production may be available — contact us before ordering if you’re on a tight timeline.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
We ship internationally. Shipping costs vary by destination and size and are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer bulk or event orders?
Absolutely.
Weddings, breweries, retail installs, brand events — we can produce multiple signs with consistent quality and design.
